WHAT TO EXPECT
Each month we take you on a viticultural adventure with four unique wines from farm focused micro-producers across Italy and a handful of other areas of the world of wine. Each shipment will showcase Italian wines with a 'theme' surrounding a unique region, winemaking style, or geographic feature with at least one domestic wine which follows suit. Each shipment will be sent with a technical sheet which goes into detail about the monthly theme, along with some easy to digest and unpretentious info on each selection. Please note: each shipment will lean towards red wine, with warmer months drawing more of a balance of white, rose, and reds.
Membership recurs monthly on the 1st of each month until canceled. Shipping available to CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, UT, AZ, NM only. Signature required for all shipped releases.
Wines will be available for pickup at the Pasta Shop by the 3rd of each month.
PERKS
4-BOTTLE WINE TOTE BAG
Members will receive a Flour + Water Pasta Shop tote bag with their first month of club wines. We designed the bag with four sleeves to hold individual bottles of wine.
WAIVED CORKAGE
We’ll waive corkage for up to 2 bottles any time you dine at one of our restaurants (just make sure you have your latest order confirmation handy).
INDUSTRY INSIDER TECH SHEETS
Each month’s pickup will include technical sheets with descriptions including pairing suggestions and notes on why we love each bottle. Soon you’ll be wowing your guests with sommelier-level tableside verbiage.

ABOUT US
All releases are curated by Samuel Bogue, the long time Beverage Director of Flour + Water Hospitality Group. A fifteen-year hospitality veteran, Samuel is inspired by his travels across most of the historic wine growing regions of Europe and California. From his background as a Certified Sommelier, Zagat 30 under 30 honoree, and the 2019 Star Chefs Rising Star Sommelier he hand selects wines, noting that wine should be fun, approachable, unpretentious, and of course...delicious.
